Once issued a ticket, individuals have 30 days from the time the ticket is issued to contest the ticket and retain an attorney. If retained, Mr. Roman will attempt to have the ticket dismissed and adjudication withheld (no points assessed on license), based on the evidence available provided by the client. Client must provide a copy of the ticket and any evidence on how the violation occurred, including any factual witness, videos, photos, etc..
